🐶 Dog-Friendly Stay We’re delighted to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs during your vacation! A dog fee of $125 per dog, per visit applies. Our spacious, fully fenced backyard provides a safe, open area for your pups to explore and play. Off of the side deck, there is a compact area to allow your dog to pee and poop making it easy for you to clean up. Plus, with two dog-friendly beaches just a short walk away, you and your four-legged companions can enjoy plenty of seaside adventures. For your convenience, we’ve thoughtfully provided dog essentials including bowls, beds, dog towels, waste bags, and an Arca Pet First Aid Kit. 🚫 Important Dog Stuff For the safety of all guests and pets, we require that your dogs are fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination must be submitted prior to arrival. In accordance with Sonoma County regulations, dogs can’t be left alone on the property and must be secured at all times. 🚫 Important Rules to Know Sonoma County has strict new regulations governing short-term rentals. The county prohibits and fines large gatherings so no parties or events. Outdoor amplified sound is also prohibited. Our neighbors value the serenity of this community and are quick to report any disturbances. We ask that you please respect the local rules so everyone can continue to enjoy this beautiful place. Absolutely no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property—inside or outside. Wedged between Duncan’s Landing, Wright’s Beach, a sprawling cattle ranch and the Pacific Ocean, it offers a quiet, scenic base to explore everything that the Sonoma Coast has to offer.

Just 15 minutes by car to Jenner and downtown Bodega Bay, Landing House sits on the Sonoma Coast beside Duncan's Landing. It's less than a three-minute walk to two beautiful beaches where leashed dogs are welcome. Seasonal whale watching is possible from Duncan’s Landing or the Kortum Trail, accessible from Wright’s Beach. It's a two-mile drive to Shell Beach, with its stunning tide pools, and the Pomo Canyon Trail, where you'll find second-growth redwood trees. Within a 15-minute drive, visitors will find restaurants, coffee houses, candy stores, a winery, rental kayaks, fishing tours, and a golf course—The Links at Bodega Harbour.
